It is starting to seem like the camera really does have a problem. Are you able to hook the camera up to a TV or monitor to get a live image using the supplied wiring harness? Another option is to see if you can mount it to a different computer, perhaps a friend with a Windows machine.

A new Mobius being faulty is possible, but unlikely by comparison with the usual suspects, i.e. incompatible card, fake card, faulty usb cable, usb connectivity issues, battery not fully charged, etc.

I suggest you don't return it for refund / replacement until you've tried a Windows PC & a different memory card.

It appears that Mobius & Innovv cameras can both experience the same card (partial) incompatibility problem, i.e. the camera records to card ok, but cannot mount to Mac. Try a different card.

I have heard Innovv users have any card issue yet...
I should watch out...I have used class 4 and class 10 with no issue..

I just got a new Mobius and found that only the shorter USB cable allowed it to be seen by my Mac.
