Benn having issues with my dash cam since day 1..
Basics are
less than a year old
Hardwired via Halfords
Both cameras front and rear
Problem is dash cam doesn’t stay on
I’ve plugged in into the house to charge but doesn’t seem to be holding charge however is turning on
2. SOS was activated bit accidentally paid twice a month I think this was sorted but now can’t put SOS on to cam
3. Had the parking on but now switched off due to battery issues
As I missing a trick?? I’m so confused about all this I’m not very good when getting a new phone either so this is the type or person I am
Anything technical I have no clue
