Whilst plugged into my pc I'm trying to update the firmware through MyNextbase Player.
However, despite having excellent broadband connection and speed, an error message keeps coming up saying to check my internet connection.
I'm running windows 7 professional and the camera has not been updated for a while - current version 16.3 - latest version 23.7.
Any ideas how I can sort this?
