NEXTBASE 380GWX Wi-Fi button no longer starts to flash blue

A dealer installed a 380GWX front & rear setup for me around 3 months ago which has been working fine until a few days ago. Now the blue battery LED doesn't come on and pressing the Wi-Fi button doesn't do anything (doesn't start flashing blue). The red power LED still comes on. Today it was beeping as I was driving along as though it was starting/stopping recording. Anything I can do before taking back to dealer?
 
Fully format the SDCard to the required spec and try again.
