Even later to this topic and I bought a 522GW only a few days ago. By chance my new (to me) ŠKODA Elroq had been wired for a Nextbase by the previous owner so it was a fairly obvious choice. A bad choice though it seems because it looks like the GPS reception is flaky and on several trial runs I’ve had dropouts for several minutes at a time with continuous recording but no speed or position data but then normal operation resumes for a bit again. In my previous car I had an elderly Garmin for about 7 years which never missed a beat. I wish I’d kept it but it looks like the Nextbase one will be going back as like others here have found it just doesn’t work properly.
