I purchased an ADATA U3/V30 A2 MicroSD card (256GB, high endurance). When I first inserted it, the device gave a voice alert saying there was a memory card error. Then I inserted the original Thinkware memory card, and it worked normally.

Here’s the issue: when I copied the default files from the Thinkware card to the ADATA card, it suddenly worked. However, it still occasionally gives a memory card error alert.

What MicroSD cards are you all using with the U3000 Pro? thank you

So I've been running an old Samsung Evo Select MicroSD in my mom's U3000 and it's been chugging along just fine. I forgot I was still running one of those until I checked this morning after you posted, lol, and I need to phase them out.

In the U3000 Pro I've been testing off and on, I'm running a SanDisk Max Endurance. It's one of the few third party cards that I still keep in rotation.

I also use a SanDisk Max Endurance 256 GB memory card in the U3000 Pro 2-channel dash camera I have in my car. I used that same brand/model/size card in the U3000 2-channel that the U3000 Pro replaced.

Thanks for your reply!

Just to confirm—when you use those cards, do you ever get any “memory card error” voice alerts after inserting them, or do they work without any issues at all?

Thanks for sharing!

Just wondering—have you ever experienced any “memory card error” voice alerts with that card, or has it been completely stable in both the U3000 and U3000 Pro?

I've not encountered any "memory card error" messages or failures of the SanDisk Max Endurance cards in the U3000/U3000 Pro. I used that memory card in the U3000 for almost two years before I swapped the U3000 out for the U3000 Pro.

Thanks for sharing your experience—that’s really helpful.

If anyone else has real-world experience using different MicroSD cards with the U3000 Pro, feel free to share as well!
