I have something going on with the front cam that is not present with the telephoto or rear cams.

Hope this screen shot captures it. The lights on the building flash on and off when viewed through the front cam but the same lights are not flashing when viewed through the telephoto cam. Any ideas for why?

I don't see it.
Can you upload the 3 videos to YouTube?
Not sure, not having done that before but will try. The photo shows the building lights off via the front cam but on via the telephoto cam.

I know this sounds stupid but the “live view” in APP is different than what gets recorded on the SD Card.
“Never” trust the live view, “always” check the original / raw video file on the SD Card.

How else do you plan on sharing clips in the future?

I’ll check the SD card when I return home to confirm what was seen and what was recorded. What has my attention is that front and telephoto cams see the same fixture yet the telephoto live view does not show the light cycling off and on. It sounds much more like a limitation of the live preview path rather than the recording engine?

I suspect @Chuck McCoy is on the right path about the frequency of the light. Various artificial lights can be recorded as a flicker in dashcam video, anything from street lights and shop signs to LED headlights.

The front and telephoto cameras have different sensors and different lenses. The exposure duration for each frame will not be the same on both cameras.
