A few days ago we had massive fog here in Denmark, so down in southern Jutland there was a accident on the motorway and a long line of stopped cars formed.
So what did people do ? well a lot turned their car around and drove against the traffic in fog with < 100 M visibility to get back to a off ramp.
On a motorway where its not even allowed to stop unless you are broken down, and also you cant even reverse legally there, normally in no fog traffic move at 130 km/h
The total for those 24 hours with nationwide fog was 2 killed and a unknown ( to me ) number of people hurt.
