Hello All,
I bought a ToGuard CE60 mirror dashcam from Toguard off of Ebay. The front camera works fine on it's own but as soon as I installed the rear camera the unit is malfunctioning. It constantly flips between backup mode, with the lines, and full screen mode. The red wire isn't plugged into anything0. I don't need it as my car already has a proper reversing camera.
I've isolated the red wire to check it isn't being interfered with, and tried jamming the plugs in and wiggling them, but no change. It seems either there are phantom inputs from the line in, or the main unit is malfunctioning with the rear camera plugged in.
Is this something any of you have come across at all? It did it when I tested it too, before I hid all the wires in the trim. I've messaged the Chinese seller but who knows what they'll say and how long it will take them to say it...
