If I manually Enable HDR and PlatePix, then PlatePix will Work. (PlatePix Stamp Appears).

If I use the HDR Timer + HDR On + PlatePix + PlatePix Timer, Plate Pix will NOT ENABLE. Here are my settings: See Attached.

Please Advise what I am doing wrong and why PlatePix isn't working - Or Is this a Bug -
Please Test.

Thanks Guys:

No PlatePix Stamp on First Image:

What do you mean by 'manually enable'? Are you using the app or OSD menu to setup the E1PS?

Have you tried entering these settings with the OSD menu? It might be an app issue.

Changing these settings via the app itself I should say NOT the camera menu. You get a prompt HDR must be enabled for Platepix to work.

Have you checked in the camera menu that the app settings have been applied correctly? We know there were issues with this earlier - perhaps you found another app bug.

I can check if the HDR enabled on the camera menu is enabled as before that overrode the settings on the app. I'll check and see.

@TonyM

Thank you for reminding me of an earlier bug I identified. That's the exact problem.

So I have identified the bug and yes it is 100% a bug.
  1. Go to the Menu Settings on the Camera (E1PS) itself and Enable HDR.
  2. Now go to the Vantrue APP and Enable HDR, Turn on Plate Pix, Plate Pix Timer, and HDR Timer.
  3. You'll Notice PlatePix Timer WILL NOT work and PlatePix will not be activated.
Now go to the Camera itself, Disable HDR on the Camera Menu.
  1. Go to Vantrue App, Enable HDR, Turn on PlatePix, PlatePix Timer, and HDR Timer.
  2. You'll Notice PlatePix Works.
Problem: The HDR Setting on the Camera itself OVERRIDES the APP Settings and Prevents HDR Timer and PlatePix Timer from Working.
