Playback issue.

DR750S-2CH files: On BlackVue Viewer plays sound, tracks on map but just shows a still first frame of the video, nothing moving.
Is it better to upload the files to BlackVue Clound and see them there?

Have found out that PIP will not play in certain systems. Have switched that off and single camera files will play. However, is there anyway around this issue please? The PC is on Windows 10 Home.

Maybe you could do with some codec maintenance:

Uploading to the cloud will probably play better in the quick view, but if you download them from the cloud then you will be back to your current position, and the quick (streaming) view displays at reduced quality so is not ideal.
