I might be wrong interpreting, but those are my assumptions:

MSDC, should be Mass Storage Disk "Connection" ?.
Pcam, should be PC camera ( web-camera )
DV, digital video.

This helped me find out more... I get these mode options (MSDC, Pcam, DV) when I switch on my SJ9000 sports camera. The modes are to operate the camera in the following ways: MSDC (Mass Storage Device Class, just like a memory stick); Pcam (Pixel camera, to take still pictures); and DV (Digital Video, to record video).
