Driver in a corporate vehicle (Black and McDonald) intentionally accelerates and swerves into puddles with pedestrians on the sidewalk

Apparently the police are looking into the incident

Latest is the company is taking disciplinary actions against its employee and the police are considering charges of mischief or assault.
