Poppin my dashcam cherry

$1200 DVD burner....Showing your age....My first computer....cassette tape memory...showing my age....

Beats me - mine was an 8088 based, dual 5 1/4" floppy, MS DOS 3.1 system (I won't say what I paid since you'll think I'm crazy if you don't think that already). I later replaced one of the floppy drives with a 10MB (yes, that's MB not GB) HD for the princely sum of $660 USD.

(To put that HD in perspective I recently pick up a 5TB external HD for $129 USD.)

Yep ! Ram used to cost about $800 for a 2Meg stick ( Not Gig - Meg )
You could buy a Car for $800 back then , and not a clunker .

Ok so here's the photos of my front window. The two options I was thinking was:
1) Stick it to the sticker in the middle and have it hanging just below it, as high close to it as possible.
2) To the right of the black tint and rear view mirror.

I can see option 1 possibly being an issue due to hanging too low? And option 2 isn't as hidden... and will it give a good enough view being on the side like that? Thanks for y'alls advice again

Mine is to the right of and behind the rear view...the mount is in the black area and the cam hangs down. Works fine. You might check the thread

to get some ideas of where to install. Truthfully, you will think it sticks out like a florescent pecker just because you know its there....but most people dont even notice it all.
