Potential audio issue?

Hi all,

I've installed my 12RC (will update my install thread soon) but I might have an issue with the audio. At the moment the external unit with the microphone is in the glovebox with a cigar lighter splitter for a second cam and a BDP (vicovation power plus) however I don't think these could be causing the issue.

There seems to be some buzzing/interference on the audio. I've uploaded a video where the car is off and parked.

The buzzing is a lot more significant in the uncompressed video, to hear it from youtube you'll need to turn your speakers up. I'll do some more testing over the next couple days but just wanted to check to see what people thought.

I can't hear it on my laptop, but my speakers are pretty weak.

had to wind my volume up to max level to hear it, a bit of background hiss is all I could hear

can you upload an original file if its more prominent so we can check it

Very hard to hear "buzzing".
How is your BDP ( vicovation power plus ) is grounded ?

Hi guys, thanks for the reply.

It is grounded to to a chunky metal screw behind the glove box. The mobius doesn't have any issues on the audio.

I'll keep monitoring it and let you know.
