Problem with saving files

Hello,

I’ve got a big problem: my Dashcam 119v3 is only saving two files (see image 1), even though I’ve got a 128 GB memory card (see image 2)

I drove a distance of 4 km, followed by 3 km, followed by 2 km
. Is this due to a setting or a fault with the device?

I don't recall the exact name of the feature, but check to see if you have "Privacy" enabled. This limits the number of videos that can be saved.

Hello,
The red light flashes continuously which implies that the recordings are not taking place.
A friend has the same model and, as soon as he starts the car, the light remains solid. And I have the same parameters as him.
I also tried to reset via the small hole, without success. I had to do it thanks to the menu. Each time I reinstall the software update. So I would need your help. Regards

Have you tried another memory card?

I assume you have motion detection turned off?
