Protected File Question

I can't seem to view the full version of protected files.
Basically, if the cam detects sudden movement it saves a 30 second clip into the protected file folder. However the full 3 min clip isn't in the main " Video " folder with all the rest

Why is this ?

Hello Terry,

The protected file is a separate file to the normal files. When the protected file commences, the normal file recording is stopped and you'll see that clip within the 'VIDEO' folder on your computer. Once the protected file finishes recording, a normal file will commence and be saved in VIDEO again. the protected file will be in the 'PROTECTED' folder.
