Rear dashcam cable loose

Just wondering if the cable in your rear dash cam is pretty loose. I have it on my tailgate and it looks like its getting loose because it goes up and down all the time. Some times the rear camera doesn't even show up. Do you think this would be covered under warranty? I've only had my camera for 5 months.

You should use wire clips to hold the cable on the door/boot.

Something like this where you can press down and hold the wire tight. I suggest removing the adhesive and use gorilla tape so it will not drop off.

I'll try using some wire clips to see if that can hold the cable better. Thanks!
