Rear dashcam issue

hi. ihave recently had a Mercedes benz brand dashcam instaalled both rear and front.although ican see the views on both side via the mobile app.theres no recording for the rear camera on the sd card and the mobile app.
any idea?

What model exactly? Not sure any of us have had any experience with that brand either. Sorry but we mainly work with the major dashcam brands in the game, hence not everything is replied to or seen.
