Recurring SD card error on multiple MIO MiVue cameras

Hi everyone,
I'm experiencing a persistent issue with my MIO dash cams and hoping someone here has encountered this before or found a solution.

Setup:

• 2x MIO MiVue 955W 4K Dual
• 1x MIO MiVue 935W 4K
• All cameras running dual-camera mode (front + rear)

Problem: Every 1-2 months, all three cameras display the same error: "SD card access error, format card". This happens consistently across all units, regardless of which SD card I use.

What I've tried:

• Always format cards directly in the camera (as recommended)
• After formatting, cameras work normally for 1-2 months, then same error appears
• Tested multiple SD card brands/types:
  • Samsung MicroSDXC PRO Ultimate (256GB and 128GB variants)
  • Official MIO High Endurance microSD 256GB, A2, U3/V30
• All cards tested for bad sectors, read/write speeds - all pass tests
• Updated all cameras to latest firmware - no improvement

Has anyone experienced similar recurring SD card errors with MIO cameras? Any suggestions for permanent fixes or workarounds?
