Reliable dashcam with similar video quality to A119S?

Hi,
You can DIY a dashcam with IMX291 sensor + lens with f1.0 is good for low-light video high quality.
I think that it better than A119S about low-light

Testing out my Dash Camera (DIY) on my motorbike at night.

Dashcam DIY only 70$
