Replacement Rear Camera Cable for F750

Hello,

I'm looking for a replacement cable for front to rear camera.

In France, this cable is sold out.

Can I use a "classic" Micro to Micro OTG cable ?
Or is there any specificity ?

There's a specific cable for the F750 we cannot guarantee the functionality of other cables as it will not be recognized by the rear camera and the front.
