23l and 22l cameras have lens without IR cut filter ( by the way gopro 4 be too) . Because of that pictures and videos have this white effect (IR radiation)

Could you please confirm: does this camera has physical IR filter built in which can be removed? I am looking for camera from which i can remove IR filter. From what i know all cameras have IR filter to block infrared waves. I am looking for camera which i could modify, so it can capture all waves which sensor can capture.
Please let me know.
