S500 turns off / black screen after 30 minutes

Hello, any S500 user here who experience their unit turning off or screen going black after 30 minutes?

I have just installed my S500 two days ago and started noticing this behavior of the dashcam since yesterday.

Any advise is greatly appreciated.

How is your S500 mirror connected? If through a cigarette lighter, is the power supply constant? Is there a second camera?
Set in the settings: "System Settings" - "Auto-off with no displacement" - "Do not turn off automatically"

Yes it is through a cigarette ligther slot. I’d like to think the power source is stable.

I will check the settings as advised and will update this thread.
