Save to vault problem

I'm running 2 Garmins, a 67W up front and a Mini 2 in the rear. Both are powered from seperate USB ports. When I park and turn off the car only the 67W uploads saved clips to the Vault, The rear mini 2 does nothing. Both units get a strong wifi signal.
