Semi Not Stopping for a School Bus

That was scary, especially when you think what could have happened. I don't understand why the picture quality was so bad even when played back in 1080p.
 
That kind of careless driving should amount to a lengthy suspension for a commercial driver. Why wait until he kills someone to do it?
