Well I concur ! , There is no knowing the root cause ... It could be anything ...
All we can assess is the end result ... And what looks like a complete disregard for the cars mechanism for slowing down ...
Was it brake failure ? , brain failure ? , attention deficit disorder ? , organ failure ? , ?????????????
It was in hind sight , from what I can see , a failure to apply the brakes ... The reason for not applying the brakes eludes me , and if history tells us ( possibly ) anything , the truth might never be known ...
Was the miscreant high on drugs ? , weed - ice - meth - cocaine - or perhaps on a prescription high ? I don't know , perhaps running on paint fumes or glue ?
Am I being unkind , quite possibly as my perspective is on the negative rather than the positive ..
If you were having some plausible health issue , why would you not apply the brakes ?
And you seem to have issue with that post for some reason ? I don't know why ... ( One is not directly related to the other )
Anyhow , comes down to the OP , why is it so hard to apply the brakes ?
If I were having some sort of distress , the very first thing I would do is apply the brakes ..
Suffering Hay Fever , I can remember one instance when I began to sneeze ( no control over that ) and the very first thing I did was apply the brake and come to a full stop ..
Ok , I might have annoyed a few people by doing the safe thing ( stopping ) , but that's what the brakes are for , to help people be safe ...
If that driver suffered an aneurysm , and passed out immediately , well ! ( Shame on me )
On the other hand if it was some doped up adolescent being a idiot ( Shame on him )
Am I being judgmental , in regards to not using the brakes , hell yes !
