Skipped recording segments ?

Hi
The attached screenshot of playback in Registration Viewer shows vertical grey bands that correspond with skipped video segments in the recording.

Anyone have any ideas or experienced the same ?

Incidentally I experience the same skipping in QTPlayer as well.

Are you using motion detect?

I just went and checked - it was set at 'middle'
I have just turned it off and will test tomorrow.

You referring to motion detect or G-Sensor?

Ok, wasn't sure if it was adjustable or not, varies by firmware version, leaving it off will fix the problem

OK the test run to work with motion detect turned off went well - no skipped segments.
I had full continuous recording but off course don't have motion detect!

You could try the parking guard instead...

it is not continuous recording of course, if without Parking Guard Mount
