Snooper DVR 4HD Gen 3 won’t start

I’ve owned this product for a couple of years with no problems
but now it will not start. The red light for charging is on but nothing else. I’ve tried removing the sad card and inserting a pin to reset but nothing
can anyone help or know of a contact number for the manufacturer?

I am not familiar with this brand, first time i have heard about it, there are very many of these little brands around, and most often you will see very little in regard to updates and support from them.

Same with mine. However if I leave it charging on a mains USB adapter it eventually springs into life. Takes circa 10 seconds from pressing the power button
