Snow/frost on windshield and rear window

Recently installed the a129. It is hardwired for the park mode. I notice when there is snow or frost, the glass around the cameras (front & rear) has a thawed out area. Is that normal?

Yes, this is normal. The cameras produce enough heat to melt the ice/frost. Same things happens with the A139 or T130 in parking mode.
