Spytec... Issues being worked on

I bought 2 G1W cameras from them and one was defective (camera unresponsive after a few minutes of use and mode button was jammed into the camera)

I emailed them and was told I'd have to pay return shipping but it would be refunded when they receive it.

Well they received it and the original deal I asked for was could I get a G1W-C as a replacement for the defective unit if I cover the return shipping. They said sure no problem. Well today I received a g1w camera and they aren't replying to my emails saying I want my shipping refunded ($27.50 CAD)

I'm not impressed with this company since now I'm out the return shipping costs and I was assured multiple times originally that I would receive the G1W-C as a replacement.






NOTE: this may be getting taken care of sooner than I thought...

Surprised to hear this as Spytec are normally very good for returns etc

Good to hear, as long as you acknowledge that I'm sure anyone that comes looking will work out they're ok

Yea. Seems like things are being worked on now. Only time will tell but I have no doubt that it won't get fixed.
