Lol at the hello bit. I also took a bit of an exception to the fact they measured the temperature using that, and not a thermal imaging camera either for better accuracy lolFirst issue is that when it wakes up, it says "Hello" to itself, instead of saying hello to the driver!
Second issue is that -20°C to 70°C is not an extreme temperature at either end,
Even in the UK, which is not particularly cold, the lowest recorded temperature was -27.2°C, and temperatures of dashcams sitting in the windscreen on a sunny summer day can easily go over 90°C.
