Temp power for hardwire camera

Sorry to start a new thread but it's a separate topic. I'd like to test a hardwire camera I bought (see last posts in https://dashcamtalk.com/forum/threads/wifi-sony-170-options.19240/)

What parts do I need to plug the thing into a cigarette/USB/ac plug just to test it?

The instructions that came with the unit............? Possibly a car that has a cigaretteUSB/ac thing?

The instructions (which I attached to that other thread) are just for hard wiring it. I want to 'soft wire' it, hook it up to a USB or cig port for now. It only comes with these wires

if it's just for a test, you can use any 12V power supply. I use my USB battery pack/jump starter. just clip both the acc/battery wire to the red clip and the ground wire to the black clip. if you don't have one of these devices, you can even use your car battery using alligator clips.
