Temporarily disable parking recording.

Is there are way to quickly stop parking recording when it starts ? If not then this feature should be added.

Use case would be that at home or some other place you park, where that are external cameras pointed at your car, you don't need the dashcam recording at that time. It's a waste of battery in such cases. You also save battery for later use.

My other question is about the 3CH parking recording.

Is there is way to specify which cameras record in parking mode ?

I thought about it and I don't need interior camera when in parking mode so I would like to disable it for parking recording to make the battery last longer.

The new V2.0 firmware (not yet released publicly) has a geofencing feature that will allow you to designate 1 or more locations (based on GPS position) where the A329S will automatically switch off rather than enter parking mode.

Regarding the interior camera, there is an option in the settings to enable or disable this in parking mode.

Thank you both for replies. I will try geofencing.

But geofencing is not the best solution I think for my use case. I park on the street in front of my house but there are moments that there are no free parking spots that my house camera covers. (trees, or just out of view) In such cases will you still be able to start parking mode manually within geofencing zone? If so, how can I do that? I not, can you add such feature?

I think it's easier to add a feature that disables active parking mode than to make one that starts parking mode when geofencing blocked it.

Do you mean you want to hold the MIC button to exit the parking mode and switch to normal recording?

Currently the Mic button will Enable/Disable Parking Mode when the camera is in Recording Mode….If you want to Disable Parking Mode whilst in Parking Mode wouldn’t that be Power Off i.e Long Press of Menu button (or option button on BT Remote)….?

No, I meant powering the camera off. But I guess it's already a feature. I was confused.
