Lincoln towncar turned left in front of the Sienna, they didn't see the pedestrian about to cross and stopped in the middle of the road facing the wrong way. Mercedes SUV nearly hit them.
 
I'm thinking this was a private car service, the tint was very dark, which is something old people don't tend to have.
