Parrot just announced this great product at CES 2015: http://www.androidcentral.com/first...system-running-android-auto-and-apple-carplay.
It has both Android Auto and Apple Carplay and there's a Parrot branded dashcam that plugs into it as well that according to the promotional video can seemingly overlay navigation info onto the video being captured and shown in the car. It also connects to a rear parking camera and hooks into the car's OBD2 port to show diagnostic info etc.
Will probably cost a fair bit, but seems like a pretty complete in-car system. I wonder what the camera spec is?
