THINKWARE DASH CAM Q200 Camera lens mounted over one of the heating elements (will it block the Vision?)

My wife took her car, Honda Jazz to have a Thinkware Dash Cam Q200 around 2 years ago.
I've never ever looked at her car since it was done.
I went out to sort something on the car this evening, and decided to give the rear screen a quick wipe over.
I noticed the camera lens was over one of the heating elements.
I'm not asking about the heat from it, I just want to know if the element would block the lens at all.
I think it should have been mounted in a clear section, between them?
It was a specialist dash cam place, which was recommended by our local garage which we have taken our car to for years.

We do recommend installing the rear view camera where there is no defrost grid wire and the camera can record the entire rear view clearly.
