Thinkware F200Pro speaker defective

Can anyone help please, I have a F200Pro hardwired in both mine and my daughters vehicles for over two years, mine still works fine but my daughters F200 Pros speaker no longer gives any notifications such as "continuous recording will now start", "connect to a Thinkware wifi" etc or any speed camera notifications..The volume is set to 3 and the internal microphone is recording audio on all the cctv footage clips. Have done a hard reset, firmware update, reformatted Sd card but no joy, can the speaker be repaired (if that is the issue) if out of warranty somewhere here in UK as very dissapointed it has failed after just two years..Thanks for any suggestions/help...

It seems that the speaker is already broken. Please reach out to our Thinkware UK team for a warranty claim (if it is still within warranty) or for a repair service

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction and confirming my assumption that any internal speaker must be broken or defective on this dashcam.
