Thinkware F770 wont turn on after firmware upgrade + SD card fell inside

I have a F770 and use the genuine thinkware 64GB card, I used this to do the updates as well as traffic lights thing, actually did this outside the door of thinkware uk/chameleon where the very helpful Steve, maddog1974 on here downloaded the stuff onto my sd, I waited a few mins for it to tell me it's done all sorted, but must admit I have noticed the slot issue, I crank my head under mirror to see slot and make sure card is right against edge closest to upper surface of cam, as it were flat on a table, in car this equates to rear "edge" sort of thing, the slot is too big
