Thinkware questions

Does Sandisk work on F750 2ch ?
I have two Sandisk 32Gb extreme

It should be fine, and probably as good if not better than the TW card.

I'm using a Samsung EVO+ 128GB microSDXC. No problems with recording 24/7.

Hey Phil -
Have you found a way to do this??

I' haven't had time to look at it yet. It's a Christmas present and I'm not meant to know [emoji2]

Once it's in and I've had a play with the setting I will let you know [emoji106]

probably a silly question ! But how do you guys power up the f750 when on your p/c or mac ? Is there a power lead you can purchase with a usb connector one end ? If so do thinkware sell them ?

I don't know if its just the UK model, but my F750 has no data connector. When I want to use the Dashcam Viewer I have to remove the SD card and put it into my PC's SD card reader. Are you guys actually removing the camera unit from the car in order to connect it to a PC?

I used my smart phone to download files but found it time consuming. It was much easier just to bring the whole unit or remove the card.

i sometimes download with my phone & sometimes i take the card out.

it's true, that download by phone is rather slow ( especially compaired to my previous blackvu camera),
but in order to take the card out i have to unhook the camera, so it's both not "ideal"..

I just remove the card. It's a bit fiddly but a lot quicker than down loading to my phone.

I,m just wondering do you have to have the hard wire kit to use the parking mode function or as long as i have power at my cigarette lighter will it work ? i,m assuming it won't as it needs to feeds and what setting's do you use
Thanks

Yes, the only way to enable parking mode is with the hardwire kit. Otherwise operation depends on how the car supplies the auxiliary socket (cigarette lighter). If it is permanently powered then the camera will keep running in continuous mode unless you manually turn it off. If the car removes 12V from the socket when the car is parked then the camera will just turn off.
