Thinkware t700 lte

Just recently purchased a Thinkware T700 lte. I have this installed front and rear camera through odbII connection on my 2021 Ford Focus, camera keeps disconnecting from its wifi leaving me little to no chance of accessing the setup options. Also when driving it keeps entering parking mode, continuous mode every minute or so as if it is constantly restarting. From doing some searching on the internet i understand that when the engine is running the obdII is supposed to show a constant red led on, this does not seem to be the case yet power is still going to the camera.
I would appreciate any suggestions as to what the problem is or a cure.

I would recommend a Reset of the ODB Cable. To do that make sure the engine is off, then unplug the obd cable & reconnect it 3 times in a row, leave it plugged in on the last one and retry it.

Thank you for your response but i have tried that and no joy, unit has been sent back to thinkware.
