For them I think its nuts to see us reading a Health and Safety books, LOL.
 
Wonder if he could make more money doing that act in a circus?

...maybe the worker should complain to the state & federal OSHA* agencies.

*(from their web site relating to On-The-Job conditions) OSHA is the main federal agency charged with the enforcement of safety and health legislation.
......we have a Calif. OSHA also.
 
Doing that here will get you fiered, you are supposed to get 3 of your colleagues a forklift or crane and a safety advisor, and then use 2 houres to get it up there.
 
Should be renamed "this is skill". It would easier to ride the bike than take the bus

That's normal work.
Circus needs much more than that there.
