That was a long 2 minutes waiting for the light to turn green  << That was my face during the ordeal.

He had a giant bullseye on the side of his truck too.

That's a pretty major violation, and something every trucker knows not to do. It's a federal law, and also incorporated in every state CDL testing.
You don't cross RR tracks unless you can clear them completely without stopping, you're not even allowed to shift gears while crossing.

Civil Penalties
Violating the new FMCSA rail crossing rule can result in Federal civil penalties of up to $2,750 for drivers and up to $11,000 for employers who allow or require drivers to operate CMVs onto a rail crossing without having enough room to clear the tracks completely without stopping.

Disqualification
CDL holders convicted of violating State traffic laws concerning the failure to have sufficient space to clear the tracks completely without stopping must be disqualified for at least:

No excuse.

Quest is out of Canton, GA, or in that area. They run back/forth to the West coast, mostly team drivers. SO, not only would this idiot kill himself, but also whoever was sleeping in the truck.
(One reason I refuse to run team)

Here is the full version if anyone wants to see. He was on those tracks for 1 minute. I was making plans for an escape if the train started coming. Maybe driving around the curbed section, driving through it, etc. What I didn't think until now was to ditch the car there and let it roll film :)
