TV Out Cable

[VAG]

Connected the LB100 TV-Out to my TV with AV-In. Using a 3.5mm 4 pole to 3 RCA header cable. But the video is distorted in B/W. Have tried both PAL and NTSC setting on the viewer. What is the correct spec of componsite cable to use?
