Please help...

I am experiencing an issue with my 70mai Omni X800 4K dashcam. The device powers on, and the blue LED starts blinking. A letter combined with a number appears on the screen, but beyond that, the dashcam becomes unresponsive.
I am unable to connect to the dashcam via either Bluetooth or Wi-Fi. I have tested this on multiple smartphones and reinstalled the app several times, but without any success. It seems like the dashcam is stuck in some kind of frozen or unresponsive state.
Could you please assist me with troubleshooting this issue..

Thank you in advance for your help.

What version of X800 do you have (for the Chinese market or the international version) and which version of the app are you trying to connect to?
The blue indicator and 4 digits (these are the last 4 digits of the wi-fi point) are normal. You need to add it to your version's app via Bluetooth. Not via Wifi.

Thank you for your reply. I have the international version of the X800 and I'm using app version 3.9.1. I'm trying to connect via Bluetooth, but unfortunately it's not working, even though it did work a few times before.

I also tried a manual firmware update via SD card (I placed the .bin file on the SD card and the update started automatically), but that didn’t help either.

@Arslan81
This is strange. If you're doing everything right (the international version of the X800 and the app, Bluetooth is on, you're using a charger (not USB), and you've tried other smartphones), then I'd recommend contacting tech support. Everything should work out of the box.

I've already done that and I'm now waiting for a response. I’ll probably have to send it in. Thanks
