Unsafe Lane Change Nearly Causes Accident!

Last saturday returning from fishing competition we saw more or less the same performed 2 times in a row by some guy in a blacked out car was showing off his driving skills he learned on a camel.
Sadly my friend have not uploaded it.
 
That van didn't look 'that special', I'm amazed the driver didn't put his foot down a bit, that'd spun the car across in front of him.
