I "know" these people; they are heading to UK. This guy got lost somehow.

Not good. If traffic cleared, and the truck went faster, the kid would be toast.
There's also a switch back there somewhere for that power lift gate. Could be interesting if the kid bumped it.

And is it ok to just sit there and see a young guy get injured/killed? why didn't you jump out and alert the driver after using your horn, and tell off the kid.
