Every time I turn it on in the car its runs the setup, is there a way to stop this from happening?

I have the same problem!

# Changelog from Garmin site, with the firmware update 3.50 the problem is fixed. Will update my Garmin 55 tomorrow.

I updated to the latest firmware (3.90) , thats when it started. Spoke Garmin last night, and even though the device is 13 months old they told me to send it to them to be replace, it takes 10 days.

Voice control stopped working,
Sound stopped working
Safety camera stopped working (had lifetime updates)
ran the setup every time I turn it on.
