Van stopped on narrow freeway off ramp

group5 wp7 dash camera, you can see above the cars because I am driving a big rig. when getting off the freeway
there is a van on the off ramp, ( it is a narrow off ramp ) there is someone under the van working on it, you can see a light underneath moving around as I get close to it. there was not much clearance getting by, I was pulling doubles and there was a twin screw pulling a 53 foot trailer behind me. I think that guy under the van was an idiot.

Yeah people are generally careless/reckless around Downtown L.A. I avoid those freeways when I can.
