Viofo A329S/T/WW/TC = The coolest model to date
I received the E1 Pro to test a couple of days ago, thanks to @Jeff_Vantrue.

You can buy E1 Pro on the official website of Vantrue:

Since I have A229 Pro and A329 installed on the windshield, I installed E1 Pro on the dashboard.

There were no problems connecting the LTE module to the E1 Pro. Only the wire from the LTE module needs to be connected
to the USB-C connector on the E1 Pro itself, and not to the mount with the GPS module. And in the menu, enable the USB mode for LTE data transfer.
On the E360, the wire from the LTE module needed to be connected to the mount with the GPS module.

4K 1-minute file size = 232 MB
Bitrate = 32.4 Mb/s
Parking mode: Low Bitrate recording
3-minute file size 1920 x 1080 = 112 MB
Bitrate = 5220 kb/s

The data rates and files sizes that you are reporting match the ones that I'm getting as well.

It's challenging to compare your JPG files in terms of brightness/contrast because the E1 image has PlatePix (which appears to contain brightness/contrast tweaks), but it also has the sun present in the frame, which will further darken the image. I suspect images that don't feature a shining sun will look a bit more similar to one another.

My evaluation copy did not have the CPL in the box, so that might be another difference in your images. Do your two Viofo cameras have a CPL installed?

This was the first time the models were not set up the same. The following screenshots and videos will be with the same settings for all models.

Both Viofo and Vantrue have CPL filters installed.

That is really dark for the E1 Pro, a worst case scenario Alexander. Though it does still do well with plate capture nonetheless

It seem 229pro =e1pro
329 is best
I only had the E1 Pro for one week but it seems like it.
The E1 Pro will the best 4k 1 channel camera. Especially considering it's price.
2 channel is obviously the A329.

if e1pro dot use platepix. What will happen?

If PlatePix is not used, then the image will be slightly brighter. I made a static comparison in a parking garage. Check my thread on page 4.

I observed PlatePix is using some kind of HDR during the daytime, even when I have HDR turned off.

This series of frames was recorded at midday in a parking garage, with different number plates illuminated by my headlights in each frame as I turned a corner.

I have also seen this double-exposure effect in bright sunlight without headlights (PlatePix ON, HDR OFF):
